I puchased M69721 (Ashley mattress) for my college-age grandson; but he is unable to sleep on it because it is extremely soft. Dillman's service manager looked at it and said that there is nothing wrong with it. However, the Ashley product description says "feel the support of a truly coil mattress . . . high density foam provides the firmness you love." If there is nothing wrong with this mattress, then the description is totally deceptive.
